
Today’s green smoothie was made fresh and in a rush. I didn’t make 1 litre but only 500 ml today. Maybe I should make another one tonight for dinner.
1) Half a Romaine Lettuce
 2) 5 mini honey tomatos
 3) 1 Banana
 4) Half cup of Milk Kefir
 5) 1 Mini Mandarin Orang
 6) 1 Daily Vitamin and 1 Iron Folic pill (Just putting this in so I don’t have to swallow it, tastes terrible)
Today’s drink tastes nice and sweet but a bit thicker. More like a smoothie.
