For instance, there’s free air shipping on fashion item purchases over RMB199, which encourages users to explore the latest trends without worrying about extra shipping costs. I was particularly excited about the new user perks worth RMB65, including shopping vouchers and free returns on the first order, making it even more enticing to shop online.
What’s more, I found the perfect school bag on Taobao for my son during the event after struggling to find one in physical stores. The convenience of the Taobao app, which is available for FREE on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, allowed me to quickly browse and purchase the bag I needed. This experience highlighted how Taobao is dedicated to refining the shopping experience based on customer feedback, ensuring that we have access to the best possible service.
I also tried chatting with Dual-Language Customer Service and was surprised they answered me so promptly and actually solved my problems immediately. Customer service support in English and Chinese is available through the Taobao app from 9am to 9pm, Monday to Sunday.
