Travel With Canon EOS M10 X RILAKKUMA

Untitled
I’ve always seen some people post cute pics of their toys doing real life things like travelling, eating, playing on the beach but I never knew there was a term for that until now when Canon enlightened with Nui-dori or Toytravel (ぬい撮り) which apparently is the art of toy photography where toys imitate life. This is really and one step above just taking selfies, lots of social photographers used their creativity to take pics of their favourite toys, be it a stuffed toy or a figurine, to have their toy go travel with them on the airplane seat, or to drink a cup of coffee with them. So many ways to do it, it’s just endless.

Well, what’s cool is that Canon has chosen the super cute beat, Rilakkuma to inspire insta photographers with this  #Toytravel trend through the launch of a special edition EOS M10 box set, bundled with a limited edition 24cm Rilakkuma plush toy. I love mirrorless cameras, they are light and take amazing pics and so easy to bring around. I went to Canon showroom to check out the range and the lens, and saw they have really cute optional jackets in Pink, whimsical aqua, classic Navy, and monochrome Border in black and white, very nice and we can choose the right one for our style and personality.

What do I do to get that huge Rilakkuma?? Anyways, this all new Canon EOS M10 is the latest to be launched and is a high performance mirrorless interchangeable-lens camera, with 18.0-megapixel APS-C sensor and a fast Hybrid CMOS AF II system. If you always wanted a small cam that takes pics with DSLR quality, this is the deal here.

Shuttle speed is superb fast too, so it’s great for any moments that you don’t want to miss. Nowadays, we all want to take selfies too, so this camera is made with that in mind. It has a Self Portrait mode with a one-touch beautification mode, plus it’s complete with Wi-Fi for fast sharing through the phone on any of our social media channels.

This special edition Canon EOS M10 box set is priced at RM2,049, bundled with a limited edition 24cm Rilakkuma plush toy. Ok maybe not as giant as the one I took a pic with, that’s the cutie mascot during the media launch at Whup Whup cafe.

  1. Mirrorless cameras are the way to go nowadays. Yes, you are correct. It is light and easy to carry. Of course there are people who would prefer the high end smartphones, in particular, S7 or G5, they are really good cameras for mobiles. BUT, still, having real lens is better than any smartphones.

  2. I love the color and the size of Canon EOS m10x. Thinking to buy one that I can easily carry but can take great photos. Maybe this is a perfect choice. 🙂
