Kracie Purenavi Makeup Remover Oil

Last night, I dreamed about writing this post, something I don’t normally write, beauty products. But since I dreamed of it, I thought I might as well write a review of it.

purenavi

So, recently I bought this Purenavi Makeup remover oil Made in Japan from Watsons. The whole bottle is basically in Japanese except a sticker with English instructions. I bought this remover because it is written paraben-free. Paraben exists in many beauty products and it is totally bad for long term use on the skin. I try to use organic products but the organic range is limited and no makeup removers exist, so I settled for this.

Like most makeup removers, it is oil based and there is a light blue and clear layer that you have to shake and mix before putting some on the cotton to rub on your face. Makeup from eye makeup, to lips to facial foundation comes out easily with this. The thing is, you will get a whole oily face after which you’ll need to quickly wash off with your cleanser. I would say this product works but I am just a little mortified by the spreading of oil on my face that sometimes I’d rather go without it, of course then the face is not as clean from makeup as it should be.

This is available at Watsons and if you haven’t already, you should sign up for a Watsons members coz it’s too easy to buy and get rebates. Just ensure you buy most of your toiletries there and you’d easily get rebates in no time. Plus it’s a one time fee for a lifetime membership and you get to enjoy numerous member discounts.
