Kajang Hong Kong Chee Cheong Fun

This is one of the best Chee Cheong Fun stall in Kajang market area, mostly I have this for breakfasts. Recently, my sister and bro in law came and John brought them there, and they totally love it.

They sell it in two sizes, big and small, with two kinds of ingredient, either with char siew (pork) or prawns or mix. Normally I prefer to mix. The secret of the taste lies in the tenderness of the ‘fun’, the white part made of flour and the sauce…not too salty, just nice.

This dish is quite rare in Kajang, I don’t know where else one can find this in the early morning.
