Well, yesterday was my first day of my Green Smoothie diet, well not exactly a diet coz I’m not dieting from other foods, just adding one additional raw drink. My friend Siew Ing encouraged me that it will make my pregnancy much healthier and more energetic.
So I made this with this recipe.
1) 1 Cup Red Spinach (Bayam)
2) 1 Banana
3) Half an watermelon
The drink was nice and sweet! Enjoyed my Day 1 smoothie.
